The rooms were impeccably clean and nicely furnished. The staff was polite and well-mannered. The hotel's location was convenient, right in the middle of Jackson. It was only a 5-minute drive to Vaishno Devi.

Clean, good value hotel, the location was good and magnificent not far from the railway station and nature and Kashmir valley. Really enjoyed the location near the market. We went out for dinner, found Pooja Vaishno Dhaba, it was not very far from the venue. Our stay was a nice experience...

The wake-up service in my deluxe double room was a nice bonus. I really enjoyed the bidet in my private bathroom. The location is magnificent and marvelous, being only about 100 meters from the railway station and Kashmir valley. Additionally, it is conveniently located in the middle of Jackson.

The hotel has a particularly good and excellent location in the middle of Jackson. The room is immaculately clean and equipped with a flat-screen TV, a dining area, and a sitting area.

I stayed for 2 nights and was impressed by this good budget hotel. There were television, a dining area and a seating area in the room, enjoyed that. The staff was understanding, always there to help. The location seemed great in the middle of Jackson. And it was also right by the market and railway station. The food we tried was outstanding and they have a wide array of meals to choose from.

This hotel is a great budget option with nice rooms. The location is particularly good, just off the railway station and main market. Additionally, the venue is only 1 mile from Banganga Temple.

The breakfast was enjoyable, though with limited options. The hotel’s location was convenient for city explorers as it was situated close to the main attractions. the room had a comfortable bed and a functioning air conditioning system, making for a pleasant stay.

The state of the room was frustrating. The bedding was dirty, and we had to request cleaner linen several times.

Another highlight was the delicious breakfast, which was served daily and had a good selection of food.

Despite the hotel's overall good service, we noticed that the bathroom could have been cleaner and better maintained.

The cleanliness of the hotel was poor and the staff was unhelpful when it came to changing the bedsheets and towels. The payment method was also inconvenient as they only accepted cash and did not provide a GST bill.
